College Students

Are you are making decisions based on your own values, hopes and dreams or simply following the masses?

You are 18 and considered an adult, but you may not yet be financially independent and perhaps are still relying on your parents for financial and emotional support. During the college years many decisions are made which directly affect our journey in life. We all want to get those decisions right. It can be both exciting AND scary.

Are you are making decisions based on your own values, hopes and dreams or simply following the masses? The college years are the perfect time to harness an understanding of who you are and who you want to become. This season presents the perfect opportunity to put intentional living into full practice as you leave your parent’s home and begin to live life more autonomously. Taking time to understand yourself and the genesis of unhealthy choices before hard-to-break patterns are established help reduce treatment times, improve outcomes and help you reach optimal functioning in life and relationships.

Our therapists understand the unique opportunities and challenges college-aged clients face. Utilizing highly researched and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), our therapists create a customized plan to address your unique needs and uncover your deepest desires, passions and life goals.
